Details to be worked out between Friesian Night Farm and buyer:

Prices will range between $10,000-$14,000 dollars – points that would differentiate pricing as follows:

• Price would depend on Mare and Stallion chosen
• AI with fresh or frozen semen
• If Embryo Transfer is considered from one of our mares or another recipient mare.
  
  

Friesian Night Farms will be responsible for and cover  the following:

• All Vet costs associated with the breeding.
• Stallion breeding fee.
• Foal care until weaned between 4 and 6 months of age.
• Including and not limited to vaccinations, deworming, and overall well care.
• A deposit will be required to initiate contract and breeding process. Payments can then be made throughout the mares gestational period until the foal is weaned and transferred to new owner.

In breeding the Friesian Horse the FPS/FHANA recommends that you stay under 5% inbreeding coefficient and 17% for “relationship or kinship”. The Inbreeding coefficient goes back for 5 generations whereas the “kinship” is the inbreeding for a given horse for the entire Friesian population.
